Exchange Policy – Hoshiyarr

We offer exchanges for:

– Wrong size

– Wrong product delivered

– Damaged/defective products (video proof required)

Conditions:

– Request must be made within 3 working days after delivery

– Product must be unused, unwashed, with all tags

Exchange Process:

1. Email director@hoshiyarr.com    #. customercare@hoshiyarr.com

2. Send photos/video 

3. Pickup arranged after approval 

4. Replacement sent after QC
