Refund Policy – Hoshiyarr

1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are applicable only if requested within 3 working days of delivery.

Conditions:

  • The product must be unused and unwashed.
  • Original tags must remain attached and packaging must be intact.
  • An unboxing video is mandatory for claims related to damage or wrong product delivery.

2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Used or worn products
  • Customized products
  • Discounted products (unless received damaged or defective)

3. Refund Process

  1. Send a refund request email within 3 days of delivery to:
  2. Mention Order ID and reason for return.
  3. Attach the unboxing video.
  4. Once approved, return pickup will be arranged by our team.
  5. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after successful return verification.

Note: Returns will not be accepted if the product tag is removed or detached.
